Executive Management
- Executive Management is ultimately responsible for the quality of products and services provided by BIG J TRAINING ACADEMY since it controls the systems in which work is accomplished. Executive Management is responsible for company-wide Strategic Planning and Quality Improvement Process Planning, the development of our Quality Policy, Vision and Values and Beliefs, and provision of the necessary resources for accomplishing our group-level goals and objectives. Additionally, Executive Management is responsible for conducting quality systems reviews on an annual basis.
